		</div>		<div class="blog-yumprint-method-section" yumprintsection="1">			<div class="blog-yumprint-subheader">Conseils de préparation</div>			<ol class="blog-yumprint-methods" itemprop="recipeInstructions">				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="0">Dans une poêle faire revenir l’ail, les oignons, les carottes et les champignons dans un filet d’huile d’olive.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="1">Quand les oignons sont un peu caramélisé ajouter la viande hachée et bien la casser.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="2">Dès que la viande commence à être à peu près cuite, ajouter la boite de tomate.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="3">Une fois que la tomate à bien fondue, et fait une sauce un peu épaisse, réserver.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="4">Dans une casserole, faire fondre le beurre et y ajouter la farine jusqu’à ce que la farine soit totalement absorbée, puis y ajouter tout doucement le lait tout en remuant.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="5">Monter les lasagnes de façon classique en alternant comme ceci : pâte à lasagne – viande – béchamel – cantal jeune râpé – pâte à lasagne</li>			</ol>
